Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using WeidianAgent.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
What the Site is (and is not)
The Site publishes general educational information about topics such as China marketplaces, shopping-agent concepts, creator commerce workflows, logistics terminology, and related risks and considerations.
The Site does not sell goods, operate a marketplace, host a shopping cart, or process purchases, payments, shipping, returns, or customer support for products. Any commercial relationship you form is with third parties, not with the Site as a retailer.
No professional advice
Content on the Site is for informational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, customs, compliance, financial, insurance, or operational advice for your specific situation. You are responsible for your own decisions, due diligence, and compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.
Independence and third-party brands
WeidianAgent is an independent educational resource. Reference to third-party brands, marketplaces, or services (for example, Weidian, Taobao, 1688, or other names) is for explanation and does not imply affiliation, endorsement, or official partnership unless explicitly stated.
Outbound links and referrals
The Site may link to third-party websites or services, including referral links. Third-party sites have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, pricing, policies, or performance.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Site will not exceed the greater of USD $50 or the amount you paid us (if any) for use of the Site in the twelve (12) months before the claim. Because the Site is free to browse, this amount may be USD $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless WeidianAgent and its operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
